Requirements include high school or equivalent and 1+ year sales experience in a call center, plus strong English communication. Onsite work is required, with a supportive team and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Inbound/outbound calls to discuss renewals and options.
• Assist homeowners with policy transitions, renewals and new accounts.
• Explain home warranty benefits, terms and limitations.
• Follow up on expired policies and missed payments.
• Build emotional connections by listening and personalizing solutions.
• Strive for one-call resolution for a seamless experience.
• Track sales performance and meet targets set by management.
• Attend meetings and stay updated on product updates.
