Job summary

Solanda Enterprises Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a Warranty Claims Specialist to manage automotive warranty claims and repairs from the field desk.

You will assess coverage, review service records and technical reports, and coordinate with technicians on diagnosis and procedures to ensure accurate claim submissions. The role requires meticulous documentation, strong analytical skills, and the ability to liaise with suppliers for claim approvals or rejections.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in automotive warranty claims or service operations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical repair reports, job orders, and warranty policies.
• Proficient in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
• Strong problem-solving and documentation skills.
