Job summary

LausGroup of Companies in Pangasinan seeks a warranty support professional to assist the service department in evaluating warranty claims and ensuring compliance with manufacturer standards.

You will handle documentation, confirm vehicle information for claims, coordinate with dealership principals, and prepare warrantable parts submissions within allowed periods, while maintaining strong customer service and administrative efficiency.

Qualifications

• Preferably a graduate of Mechanical Engineering or any related courses.
• Must have at least two years of solid experience in the same industry.
• Knowledgeable with office and administrative procedures.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
• Must be customer oriented.
• Possesses a valid professional driver’s license.

Responsibilities
