An automotive company in Batangas City is seeking an Automotive Warranty Service professional. You will provide technical assistance, facilitate product updates, and gather feedback on technical issues. Candidates must have at least 1 year of motorcycle troubleshooting experience. A valid driver's license and preferably NC-II Accreditation are required. The role offers a full-time on-site position with performance bonuses and health insurance.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in motorcycle troubleshooting and repair (non-negotiable).
• With valid driver’s license (Restriction Code 1, 2, 3).
• Preferably with NC-II Accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to dealers on difficult-to-resolve issues.
• Facilitate product updates for speedy recovery of sold units.
• Gather and report technical issues and quality concerns from the field.

• Conduct site visits and support troubleshooting activities.
