Job summary

Grand Canyon Multi-Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Warranty Clerk in Laguna to handle warranty approvals, claims, and repair orders. You will ensure documentation is complete, stay updated with bulletins, and coordinate with Accounting for payments to dealers.

The ideal candidate is a Business/Administrative graduate with strong communication, customer-service experience, and proficiency in MS Office. A valid driver's license is a plus and you are diligent and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Process warranty approval, claims, and repair orders.
• Ensure warranty paperwork is properly documented and processed.
• Keep abreast of technical bulletins and campaigns.
• Process warranty payments/claims to the dealer with accounting coordination for RO, invoices, and other documents.
• Secures cost in curve on warranty work performed by technicians.
• Ensure orderliness and cleanliness of Warranty Storage and Warranty tags.
• Accomplish Warranty Reports deadlines to distributors.
• Updates and monitors data reports as assigned by the supervisor.
• Observe company policies, rules, and regulations.
