Job summary

Alpine Motors Corporation is seeking a Warranty Claims Specialist in Cavite to evaluate PMS under warranty, verify part costs, and prepare quality reports for MMPC approval. The role requires coordinating with Parts and PDI teams, explaining warranty policies to clients, and compiling detailed warranty reports for management and MMPC.

The position involves handling warranty parts storage, processing related reports, and supporting the Service Manager and accounting with documentation.

Qualifications

• College graduate with strong customer service and analytical skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Automotive experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the PMS of vehicles under warranty.
• Check the cost of warranty parts; below 20k decide on replacement, above 20k prepare a quality report for MMPC approval.
• Coordinate with Parts station about available parts.
• Receive warranty parts and organize them in storage.
• Explain warranty policies to clients.
• Coordinate with PDI on the shipping plan submitted to MMPC.
• Prepare reports of warranty claims.
• Encode and prepare reports to Service Manager, accounting department and MMPC.
• Perform other official duties as assigned by the Service Manager and Senior Managers.

1. Evaluates the PMS of the vehicle under the warranty

2. Check the cost of the parts subject to warranty;

• If below 20k, decide if replaceable
• If above 20k, make a quality report for the information and approval of MMPC

3. Coordinate to Parts station about the available parts

4. Receives warranty parts and organize to storage room

5. Explain to client the warranty policies

6. Coordinate with the PDI about the shipping plane submitted to MMPC

7. Prepares report of warranty claims

8. Encodes and Prepares report to Service Manager, accounting department and MMPC

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform other official duties as assigned by the Service Manager and by the Senior Managers of the organization

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

ESSENTIAL

• College Graduate
• Strong customer service and analytical skills
• Good communication skills

DESIRABLE

• 2 years of experience in automotive industry
