Warranty Administrator

Job Description

• Prepare, submit and track manufacturer warranty claims.
• Review repair orders, technician notes, diagnostic results and supporting documentation for accuracy.
• Ensure claims comply with manufacturer policies, procedures and submission deadlines.
• Follow up outstanding, rejected or returned claims and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate warranty records and supporting documentation.
• Identify recurring claim issues and advise service teams on documentation requirements.
• Assist with manufacturer warranty audits and provide requested documentation.
• Support efficient communication between the service department, manufacturers and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Understanding of automotive service, repair orders and dealership operations.
• Previous warranty administration or automotive dealership service department experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and data-entry accuracy.
• Strong organisational skills and good time management.
• Ability to manage competing deadlines effectively.
