Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Warehouse Systems Administrator to support inventory and data integrity in our warehousing environment in the Philippines. You will navigate the warehouse management system, update ASN/DR/PO data, and generate reports to guide decision-making.

A Bachelor’s degree and strong Excel skills are required. Ideal candidates maintain clear written and verbal English communication with superiors and customers, and work well with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Experience with warehouse systems and WMS data entry.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Good communication with superiors and customers.

Responsibilities

• Update ASN, DR, and PO as required.
• Monitor system updates and data integrity.
• Create and maintain system documentation.
• Ensure accurate data entry for inventory tracking.
• Generate reports and analyze data for decision support.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve workflows.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
