Job summary

DHL Group in the Philippines is seeking an IT Infrastructure Support specialist to maintain the site’s IT systems, networks, servers, and peripherals. You will ensure adherence to global, regional, and local IT policies while delivering reliable incident resolution and project support.

The role requires a CS/IT degree, knowledge of network and systems infrastructure, strong analytical skills, and good English and Filipino communication. Ability to multi-task with minimal supervision is essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate in CS/IT/AD/CSE or related
• Knowledge of systems and network infrastructure
• Good communication in English and Filipino
• Ability to multi-task with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Provide infrastructure and application support to assigned site, covering IT infrastructure per global/regional/local policies
• Support deployed IT solutions at the site, including Warehouse Management
• Provide first-level IT support for IT equipment (computers, printers, network, mobile devices)
• Provide first-level IT support for deployed solutions (WMS: WMOS, SCALE, WMI; TMS)
• Deliver IT support services per SLA as defined in IT Support procedures
