Job summary

DHL Supply Chain Phils., Inc. is seeking a Systems Associate to support SAP data entry, configuration, and master data maintenance in Cabuyao City, Laguna. You will help ensure data accuracy and reliable ERP operations across the organization.

The role requires SAP experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with process owners and IT staff. A related bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is expected, with opportunities for skills development and growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT/CS/Business or related field.
Experience with SAP data entry, configuration or support roles.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and database management.
Clear communication to explain technical concepts.
Understanding of ERP principles and supply chain processes.
Problem-solving and willingness to learn new technologies.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Preferred: SAP certification or training.
Preferred: experience in supply chain/logistics or manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Perform accurate data entry into SAP and ensure proper configuration and validation.
Maintain SAP master data including customers, materials, pricing and inventory.
Create and test system configurations to support business processes.
Monitor SAP transactions and resolve discrepancies.
Prepare system documentation and user guides for end-users.
Provide basic SAP end-user support and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with process owners and admins to implement solutions.
Participate in system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Maintain confidentiality and security of company data and systems.
