Job summary

HR Network Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Metro Manila to oversee daily receiving, unloading, inspection, put-away, and manpower allocation.

You will monitor KPIs, ensure accurate inventory transactions via WMS, maintain safety and 5S standards, and coordinate across departments. The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field and at least 3 years in warehouse operations, including 1 year in supervision; willingness to work shifts, weekends, holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering.
• At least 3 years of warehouse operations experience, with 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of inbound receiving, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
• Experience using WMS, barcode scanners, RF devices, and warehouse equipment.
• Familiarity with warehouse KPIs, cycle counting, FIFO/FEFO, and inventory control.
• Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage manpower, schedules, and daily warehouse activities.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and best practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily receiving, unloading, inspection, and put-away activities.
• Allocate manpower and monitor workflow to meet operational targets and SLAs.
• Ensure accurate receiving and inventory transactions using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Monitor warehouse KPIs such as receiving accuracy, productivity, inventory accuracy, and dock-to-stock time.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, 5S standards, and proper product handling.
• Coordinate with Buying, Planning, Transportation, Inventory, Quality, suppliers, and carriers.
• Assist with cycle counts, stock audits, and inventory reconciliation.
