Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and dispatch, ensuring efficiency and accuracy at all times.
• Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse personnel, ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and performance targets.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records through regular audits and cycle counts to minimize discrepancies and prevent stock losses.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and seamless supply chain operations.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve warehouse processes, systems, and safety procedures to enhance productivity, reduce operational costs, and support overall business growth.
