Asaba Manufacturing Phils., Inc in Cebu City is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management. You will lead warehouse staff, ensure inventory accuracy, and maintain safety, quality, and 5S standards.
Proficiency with WMS/ERP systems and Excel is preferred, with a focus on cost reduction, efficiency, and on-time shipments. Collaborate with logistics providers and internal teams to meet schedules.
The Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory, picking, packing, and dispatch. The role ensures inventory accuracy, efficient workflow, timely order fulfillment, and compliance with safety and quality standards while leading warehouse personnel and driving continuous improvement.

Monitor workflow and allocate manpower and resources to meet operational targets and delivery schedules.
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with logistics providers, suppliers, and internal departments.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and movement of goods according to company and customer requirements.
Maintain warehouse organization and maximize storage space utilization.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy through cycle counts and physical inventories.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, damages, shortages, and transaction errors.
Ensure accurate and timely recording of inventory transactions using WMS/ERP systems.
Supervise, train, coach, and motivate warehouse personnel to achieve performance targets.
Prepare manpower schedules and assign tasks based on operational requirements.
Monitor employee attendance, productivity, and overall performance.
Enforce warehouse safety, quality, and 5S standards.
Conduct safety inspections and assist in incident investigations when necessary.
Monitor key warehouse KPIs such as inventory accuracy, picking accuracy, productivity, and on-time shipment.
Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions and process improvements.
Support initiatives focused on cost reduction, efficiency, and warehouse optimization.
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Relevant warehouse experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
With experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics.
Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Knowledge of WMS/ERP systems is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of warehouse safety, compliance, and 5S standards.
Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.
