The Warehouse Supervisor coordinates and oversees daily shift operations to ensure all inbound and outbound logistics run smoothly, safely, and on schedule. Positioned between frontline warehouse associates and the warehouse manager, the supervisor focuses on real-time execution—monitoring floor productivity, enforcing safety protocols, and directly coaching the team to meet daily throughput and accuracy goals.
Floor Supervision. Oversee daily shift workflows including receiving, put‑away, cycle counting, picking, packing, and loading. Adjust staff assignments throughout the day to eliminate bottlenecks.
Team Leadership & Coaching. Provide direct supervision, onboarding, and hands‑on training to warehouse associates and equipment operators. Monitor individual productivity, give constructive feedback, and resolve interpersonal floor issues.
Safety Enforcement. Ensure the team strictly adheres to OSHA standards and company safety policies. Conduct shift safety huddles, verify forklift checklist compliance, and immediately report/correct hazards.
System Integrity. Supervise the accurate scanning and logging of stock within SAP. Troubleshoot minor inventory discrepancies or scanning errors in real time.
Equipment & Facility Upkeep. Ensure all material handling equipment (MHE) like forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners are functional, accounted for, and properly maintained.
Shift Productivity. Total units or orders processed per labor hour during the shift.
Order Accuracy Rate.
Shift Safety Compliance. Zero safety incidents and 100% completion of pre-shift equipment inspections.
Managing shift attendance and minimizing unnecessary overtime through smart scheduling.
Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree, preferably related to operations management.
With 2–4 years of hands‑on warehouse experience, with at least 1 year acting as a shift lead, team lead, or coordinator.
Competency with SAP software. Strong practical knowledge of Excel for tracking shift data.
Preferably with active forklift operator and SO2 certification, but not required.
Strong verbal communication to clearly direct a diverse floor team and write brief, accurate end‑of‑shift reports for management.
Willing to work in Manila City.
