Job summary

Healthy Options in the Philippines is seeking an Inbound Warehouse Supervisor to oversee receiving, inspection, put-away, and inventory control. You will manage daily inbound operations, ensure accurate WMS entries, and lead a team to meet SLAs while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field, 3+ years in warehouse ops with at least 1 year in supervision, and strong knowledge of WMS and KPI tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years in warehouse ops; 1+ year in supervising role.
• Strong knowledge of inbound receiving, inventory management, and WMS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all inbound activities: receiving, unloading, inspection, put-away.
• Monitor inbound workflow and allocate manpower to meet SLAs.
• Ensure accurate recording in the WMS and discrepancy resolution.
• Supervise warehouse staff and provide training and evaluations.
• Promote safety, process improvements, and 5S in the warehouse.
• Prepare regular inbound performance and inventory reports.
