Job summary

Workwell Business Solutions Corp. is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations at its Muntinlupa site.

You will manage receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch while leading warehouse staff and ensuring safety and accuracy. Responsibilities include planning schedules, coordinating with Procurement and Logistics, addressing discrepancies, and driving efficiency improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse procedures.
• Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work onsite and render overtime when operationally required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock audits.
• Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse personnel to ensure productivity and compliance with company policies.
• Plan and assign work schedules to meet operational demands.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and organization of inventory.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, and other departments regarding stock movements and deliveries.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and operational issues.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
• Prepare and submit warehouse performance and inventory reports.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
