Job summary

Shopee Manila is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the inventory process and a team, ensuring KPIs are met and space is optimized in the warehouse.

The role requires strong analytical skills, 5+ years in e-commerce/logistics/warehousing, and supervisory experience. You will manage staffing, SOP-driven processes, and data reporting to improve warehouse performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years in e-commerce, logistics or warehousing preferred.
• Strong ownership and operational discipline essential.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills required.
• Supervisory experience with direct and agency staff preferred.
• Detail-oriented with process-improvement background.

Job description

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Job Description:

• Oversee the inventory process and team members to ensure all Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and targets are achieved such as inventory accuracy
• Manage the schedule and attendance of all employees under your department
• Ensure the division is staffed with skilled manpower that are capable in their current positions while being prepared and developed for the challenges of the future
• Effectively manage the storage and picking locations with setting SOPs to drive higher productivity and overall optimize the use of space in the warehouse
• Controls inventory levels by supervising physical counts; reconciling with data storage systems
• In-charge of replenishment and rack transfer of inventory for fulfillment of orders and manage aging of inventory in the warehouse
• Notify appropriate departments when there is non-conformance or shortage/overages are found
• Ensure all transfers are processed immediately upon arrival into the warehouse
• Provide reports to Warehouse Lead for internal performance reporting

Requirements:

• Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree
• Preferably has at least 5 years of experience in E-commerce, Logistics and Warehousing
• Strong sense of ownership and operational discipline
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Has supervisory experience, both for direct and agency employees
• Keen with details and has a background in process improvement
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Applications
• Can read, understand and report data
• Knowledgeable on Warehouse Management System
• Amenable to be assigned in Mandaue, Cebu
