Job summary

APEC Homes is seeking a Warehouse Operations Analyst based in Pasig to audit warehouse processes from receiving to dispatch and to plan manpower and materials for site coordination, ensuring conformance with project needs.

You will observe process flow and KPIs, perform root-cause analyses to raise performance scores, and collaborate with construction warehouses to drive efficiency and reliability across operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or related field required.
Experience in process improvement or Warehouse Management preferred in construction industry.
Valid driver’s license preferred but not required.
Excellent communication, analytical and professional integrity required.

Responsibilities

Audit warehouse processes and support operation-related decisions.
Plan and allocate manpower; assist in forecasting and scheduling.
Oversee material declaration and manage receiving, storage and dispatch workflows; coordinate with sites to ensure conformance.
Monitor process flow and KPIs; conduct root-cause analysis to improve performance score.

Job description

The Warehouse Operations Analyst is mainly responsible for the regular auditing of warehouse processes, operation-related decision making, manpower allocation and planning, material declaration and reviews construction warehouse operations from receiving, dispatch, storage and site coordination to ensure conformance.

This position is also responsible in observing and monitoring process flow and Key Performance Indicators while conducting root-cause analysis to increase performance score card.

Job Qualifications

Must be graduate of Business Management, Accounting, Industrial Engineering or any related course;
Relevant working experience in process improvement and/or Warehouse Management preferably in the construction industry;
Preferably with Driver's License and can drive light vehicle but not required;
With excellent communication skills; Possess analytical and critical-thinking; Process improvement-oriented and Results-driven; Possesses utmost professionalism and integrity.

Working Conditions

Pasig-based but conducts site visits in different company warehouses
