Job summary

APEC Homes is seeking a Civil Engineer to oversee the execution and completion of land development construction in line with approved plans and specifications. You will supervise site activities, manage operators and contractors, and ensure quality and timely delivery in Sariaya, Quezon Province with accommodation support.

The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in AutoCAD, and a proactive, professional attitude.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in land development of at least 3 hectares is preferred.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; ability to operate typical survey/level tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site activities and manage personnel during land development to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Provide supervisory functions over heavy equipment operators, contractors, and on-site staff.
• Establish road site layout and drainage design and elevations.
• Monitor manpower, material deliveries, and proper usage of heavy equipment and tools.
• Provide oversight on construction of special projects within the site.

Job description

The position is responsible for overseeing the implementation and completion of all construction works related to land development activities in accordance with the approved plans, including project specifications and target timetables.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversees and manages site activities and personnel during land development to ensure quality and timely delivery
• Provides supervisory functions over heavy equipment operators, contractors, and other on-site personnel
• Establishes road site and drainage layout preparation & elevation
• Monitors actual contractor manpower, delivery of materials, and proper usage of heavy equipment/other tools used in land development
• Provides oversight function on the construction of special projects within the site

Job Qualifications

• Civil Engineering Graduate
• With relevant background in land development of at least 3 hectares
• Familiar with auto-level; AutoCAD Proficiency is a plus
• Highly analytical; excellent problem-solving and people skills
• Executes tasks with utmost professionalism and integrity
• Willing to work in Sariaya, Quezon Province (Free accommodation)
