Join ASEC Development and Construction Corporation as our Warehouse Supervisor and be part of a reliable construction support team!

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, issuance, and transfer of materials, tools, and equipment
• Ensure compliance with warehouse policies and procedures
• Monitor proper usage and safekeeping of tools and equipment at the site
• Conduct physical inspection and maintain status reports of warehouse equipment
• Approve requisitions for minor tools and equipment and maintenance work orders
• Oversee inventory management and ensure accurate inventory reporting
• Coordinate mobilization of equipment based on project requirements
• Monitor and manage scrap disposal and defective equipment reports
• Maintain proper documentation and record keeping of warehouse activities
• Coordinate with site operations and other departments regarding warehouse needs
• Visit project sites to monitor warehouse activities and address operational concerns

Qualifications

• Graduate of any four (4) year course
• At least three (3) years work experience as Warehouse or Inventory Supervisor
• Knowledge in warehouse policies and procedures
• Knowledge in ISO Quality Management System (advantage)
• Computer literate; SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Strong leadership and team supervision skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
