Job summary

APEC Homes in the Philippines is seeking a Customer Relations specialist who will be the first point of contact for buyers and homeowners in the subdivision, ensuring policies are followed and subdivision value remains high.

The role involves supporting move-in activities, coordinating with internal and external parties to resolve issues, and maintaining strong customer relations while working onsite in Brgy. Concepcion, Sariaya, Quezon.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any four-year course.
• With at least 3+ years of experience related to people-oriented work (e.g.,Sales, Customer Service).
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Good verbal & written communication skills.
