Job summary

APEC Homes is seeking a Warehouse Operations Analyst based in Pasig to audit warehouse processes from receiving to dispatch and to plan manpower and materials for site coordination, ensuring conformance with project needs.

You will observe process flow and KPIs, perform root-cause analyses to raise performance scores, and collaborate with construction warehouses to drive efficiency and reliability across operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field required.
• Experience in process improvement or Warehouse Management preferred in construction industry.
• Valid driver’s license preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication, analytical and professional integrity required.

Responsibilities

• Audit warehouse processes and support operation-related decisions.
• Plan and allocate manpower; assist in forecasting and scheduling.
• Oversee material declaration and manage receiving, storage and dispatch workflows; coordinate with sites to ensure conformance.
• Monitor process flow and KPIs; conduct root-cause analysis to improve performance score.
