Job summary

AMCA Finefoods, Inc. seeks an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Manager to oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatching of goods.

You will drive delivery planning, route optimization, and temperature-controlled handling to ensure on-time client service. You will lead supervisors, enforce FIFO/FEFO, and ensure GMP/HACCP compliance while improving layout and cost efficiency across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain or related field.
• 5+ years in warehouse/logistics with managerial role, preferably in food manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, distribution planning and fleet management.

Job description

Key Job Responsibilities includes but not limited:

• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of finished products to clients and outlets

• Implement and enforce FIFO/FEFO systems for perishable goods

• Oversee cold storage and proper handling of temperature-sensitive products

• Lead warehouse supervisors

• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and safety standards

• Analyze and improve warehouse layout, logistics processes, and cost efficiency

• Prepare inventory, delivery, and performance reports

• Address and resolve delivery issues, delays, and discrepancies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or any related field

• At least 5 years of experience in warehouse and logistics operations in Managerial Capacity, preferably gained from food manufacturing

• Strong knowledge of inventory management, distribution planning, and fleet management

• Experience handling perishable and temperature-sensitive products

• Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO, GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards

• Proficient in WMS, MS Excel, ERPS and other logistics reporting tools

• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and coordination abilities

• Highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment
