Job summary

Cold Link Asia Logistics Corporation is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead day-to-day cold storage and warehouse operations. You will oversee receiving, put-away, storage, picking, dispatch, and inventory activities, ensuring temperature-sensitive product handling and accuracy.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in warehouse management, strong leadership, and advance knowledge of WMS, FIFO/FEFO, and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant warehouse management experience, preferably in cold storage and logistics.
• Strong experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and supply chain.
• Experience in a 3PL/TPL, distribution, or logistics environment is highly preferred.
• Proven experience managing warehouse teams and multi-shift operations.
• Strong knowledge of WMS, inventory control, FIFO/FEFO, and warehouse KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee day-to-day warehouse and cold storage operations.
• Manage receiving, put-away, storage, picking, dispatch, and inventory activities.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of temperature-sensitive and frozen products.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, stock movement, space utilization, and warehouse productivity.
• Implement and monitor FIFO/FEFO, inventory control, and warehouse standards.
• Manage manpower planning, scheduling, productivity, and performance of warehouse teams.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, occupational safety, and cold storage standards.
• Coordinate with Transport, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and customers to ensure smooth deliveries and service.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs, operating costs, damages, losses, and inventory discrepancies.
• Lead process improvements to improve warehouse efficiency, cost control, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage customer requirements and operational concerns in a 3PL/TPL environment.
• Ensure proper maintenance, cleanliness, security, and utilization of warehouse facilities and equipment.
