Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Oversee the accurate and efficient management of inventory, including receiving, storage, and distribution of food products.
- Order Fulfillment: Coordinate order processing and ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders. Work closely with the sales and production teams to manage order priorities and deadlines.
- Logistics and Distribution: Manage logistics operations, including transportation, shipping, and receiving activities. Negotiate contracts with transportation providers and manage relationships with third-party logistics partners. Optimize routing and scheduling to improve delivery efficiency and reduce costs.
- Staff Management: Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Develop and implement training programs to ensure staff are knowledgeable about warehouse processes and safety procedures. Conduct performance evaluations and implement improvement plans as needed.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies, including food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP). Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions to address any issues. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels. Utilize data and metrics to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Location: Las Piñas City, Manila
Schedule: Monday to Friday - 8:00am to 6:30pm
Salary: Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or any related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably within the food manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse management software (e.g., WMS, ERP).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and food safety standards.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems to minimize waste and ensure accurate stock levels.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts.
