Job summary

Mabuhay Interflour Mill Inc. is seeking a Warehouse professional to manage receiving, storage and dispatching, ensuring FIFO and accurate ERP records for stock allocation. You will safeguard product quality during receiving and collaborate with QA on holds/releases.

You will monitor damaged stock reprocessing and aging, coordinate preventive maintenance with the team, and uphold GMP, GWP, and food safety practices on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or technical course graduate.
• 3-4 years of warehouse experience in food manufacturing.
• Experience in Flour Milling Warehousing is a plus.
• Knowledge of FSSC, GMP, HACCP and warehousing.
• Forklift NCII certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations including receiving, storage, retrieval, consolidation, loading and dispatching.
• Ensure FIFO and proper recording in ERP to allocate stocks for orders.
• Maintain product quality during receiving and coordinate with QA on holds/releases.
• Monitor damaged stock reprocessing, aging, and disposal; coordinate with maintenance for PM.
• Ensure GMP, GWP, Food Safety, and safety practices; maintain warehouse security.
• Prepare warehouse reports as needed by management.
• Perform Warehouseman 1/2/3, Senior Warehouseman, and Warehouse Supervisor functions when necessary.
• Carry out special projects assigned by Warehouse Supervisor & Warehouse Manager.

Knowledgeable in the warehouse system flow and activities such as receiving, storage, retrieval, consolidation, loading and dispatching activities.

Ensures smooth operations by identifying key aspects of the operations that should be prioritized and monitored. Implements set Warehouse protocols/standards.

Ensure that products produced in Packaging are received so that stocks do not accumulate on the production floor.

Ensures incoming materials such packaging materials and additives are well accounted based on the delivery documents.

Applies FIFO principles.

Ensures proper recording of goods issuance / stocks received in ERP so that stocks can be immediately allocated to orders when needed.

Ensures product quality standards are maintained during receiving of goods.

Puts products on hold or releases quarantined stocks as per advice of the QA.

Ensures that release advice are filed and organized properly so history of communications can be retrieved.

In charge of monitoring damaged stocks being reprocessed, rebagged, or for disposal, including the aging of material warehouse inventory.

Ensures Forklift and Movable Conveyors availability and coordinates with maintenance/procurement team on its preventive maintenance plans.

Ensures GMP, GWP, Food Safety, and Safety practices are practiced in the workplace.

Ensures warehouse security and compliance in relation to Food defense standards

Prepares necessary warehouse reports as needed by the management.

Perform Warehouseman 1/2/3, Senior Warehouseman, and Warehouse Supervisor functions when necessary.

Perform other functions or special projects that may be assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor & Warehouse Manager.

Job Qualifications

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or technical course graduate.

With minimum of 3-4 years of warehouse experience in food manufacturing.

Experience in a Flour Milling Warehousing - leadership capacity is a plus.

Knowledgeable in FSSC, GMP, GWP, HACCP and Warehousing.

With Forklift NCII is an advantage.
