Job summary

KLT FRUITS, INC. seeks an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatching of products at our Dasmariñas facility. You will supervise warehouse staff, recruit and train teams, and ensure accurate inventory records.

You will implement safety protocols, optimize layouts, manage equipment, and coordinate with logistics to meet on-time order fulfillment while monitoring KPIs and preparing reports for senior management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse management or supervisory roles in retail or consumer products sectors.
• Proven track record of managing warehouse teams and achieving operational targets.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures
• Excellent organizational and time management skills in fast-paced environments
• In-depth understanding of health, safety and environmental (HSE) regulations and best practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis capabilities
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
• Experience with logistics and supply chain coordination
• Certification in warehouse management, OSHA or equivalent safety training is advantageous
• Physical capability to perform warehouse duties and willingness to work in variable temperature conditions

Responsibilities
