Job summary

My Uniware Collections Inc. seeks a Warehouse & Inventory Officer to oversee daily warehouse and inventory operations for our growing e-commerce business across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Facebook, Shopify, and wholesale channels.

Job Overview

My Uniware Collections Inc. is looking for a highly organized, hands-on, and results-driven Warehouse & Inventory Officer to oversee daily warehouse and inventory operations for our growing e-commerce business. This role is responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, efficient warehouse operations, proper stock handling, and seamless inventory movement across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Facebook, Shopify, and wholesale channels.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in warehouse supervision, inventory control, stock management, and team leadership within a fast-paced e-commerce or retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and stock transfers.

• Lead and supervise warehouse personnel to ensure productivity, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.

• Monitor inventory accuracy and maintain proper stock records across all sales channels.

• Conduct cycle counts, physical inventory audits, stock reconciliations, and discrepancy investigations.

• Analyze fast-moving, slow-moving, aging, and low-stock items to support replenishment planning.

• Coordinate inventory replenishment with Purchasing and Supply Chain teams to maintain optimal stock levels.

• Ensure proper stock allocation for Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Facebook, Shopify, and wholesale operations.

• Monitor warehouse organization, inventory locations, and storage practices to maximize efficiency.

• Implement and enforce warehouse policies, inventory control procedures, and safety standards.

• Investigate inventory variances, stock losses, and operational issues, and recommend corrective actions.

• Prepare inventory and warehouse performance reports and recommend process improvements.

• Coordinate closely with Purchasing, Fulfillment, Logistics, and E-commerce teams to ensure smooth operational flow.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase warehouse productivity, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or supply chain, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.

• Experience managing warehouse operations in an e-commerce, retail, or distribution environment is highly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, stock reconciliation, cycle counting, and inventory audit.

• Experience handling inventory for Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, or other e-commerce platforms is an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; experience with ERP, WMS, or inventory management systems is highly preferred.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.

• Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
