Position Summary

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end warehouse operations of the Company, ensuring efficient inventory management, accurate order fulfillment, and timely distribution of products across e-commerce and retail channels. This role leads warehouse personnel, drives operational excellence, maintains inventory accuracy, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to support business growth while ensuring compliance with company standards and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

• Manage the daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatching, and returns.

• Ensure warehouse activities are executed efficiently while maintaining high standards of accuracy and productivity.

• Develop and implement warehouse processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.

• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment.

Inventory Management

• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, stock reconciliations, and physical inventory audits.

• Monitor stock movements and investigate inventory discrepancies.

• Implement inventory control procedures to minimize stock loss, damages, and shrinkage.

• Coordinate with Procurement, Planning, and Finance to maintain optimal inventory levels.

E-Commerce Fulfillment

• Oversee order fulfillment operations for all e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.

• Ensure customer orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).

• Monitor fulfillment performance, order accuracy, and turnaround times.

• Work closely with Customer Service and E-Commerce teams to resolve fulfillment-related concerns.

Logistics & Distribution

• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities with third-party logistics providers (3PL), transport partners, and couriers.

• Monitor delivery schedules and warehouse dispatch performance.

• Optimize warehouse and transportation processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Team Leadership

• Lead, supervise, coach, and develop warehouse personnel to achieve operational goals.

• Conduct performance evaluations, coaching sessions, and training programs.

• Prepare work schedules and allocate manpower based on operational requirements.

• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, discipline, and continuous improvement.

Process Improvement

• Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce operational costs.

• Recommend warehouse layout improvements and workflow optimization.

• Establish and monitor warehouse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure compliance with company policies, warehouse procedures, and occupational health and safety standards.

• Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and operational records.

• Ensure proper handling, storage, and security of company inventory and assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics, or supply chain operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

• Experience in retail, FMCG, or e-commerce operations is highly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, and fulfillment processes.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.

• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly growing environment.
