Job summary

JR&R Distributors Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations in the Philippines. The role focuses on IRA metrics, receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch to ensure accurate inventory and timely order fulfilment.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Supply Chain or related field, with FMCG or e-commerce experience, strong leadership, and proven ability to drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering or related field
• An advanced degree or professional certifications are a plus
• Proven experience in supply chain management, loss elimination, and process improvement within the FMCG industry
• Background in e-commerce industry (Lazada, Shoppee, J&T, NinjaVan) preferred
• Experience in cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and variance analysis
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

About the role

The warehouse supervisor role is needed to provide dedicated leadership and focus on warehouse operations, distinct from transportation management. Main focus of the warehouse supervisor is to ensure tighter control over IRA, receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch metrics.

• Experience in conducting or supporting cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and variance analysis




• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills




• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
