Job summary

MUXCOM PHILS. INC. is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager in Metro Manila to oversee daily e-commerce fulfillment, inventory control, and logistics. You will lead the local warehouse team, optimize workflows for Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop, and ensure high accuracy and on-time dispatch.

You will drive SOPs, lean initiatives, and safety compliance under Philippine regulations while managing costs and KPIs across the operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of warehouse management experience, with 2–3 years in e-commerce fulfillment.
• Experience managing facilities 1,000–3,000+ sqm and 15–30+ staff.
• Proficient in WMS/ERP platforms (NetSuite, SAP) and advanced MS Excel.
• Knowledge of Philippine courier networks (J&T, SPX, Flash, 2GO) and SLA leadership.
• Fluent in English and Tagalog (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Ensure >99% same-day/next-day dispatch during peak periods.
• Manage local courier handovers and resolve delivery issues.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee our daily e-commerce fulfillment, inventory control, and logistics operations in the Philippines. You will lead our local warehouse team, optimize fulfillment workflows for major platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop), reduce order errors, and drive cost-effective operations while ensuring strict adherence to local safety and labor compliance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Fulfillment & Inbound/Outbound Management

• End-to-End Fulfillment: Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, sorting, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch.




• SLA Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with platform Service Level Agreements (SLAs), achieving >99% same-day/next-day dispatch rate during peak sales events (e.g., 9.9, 11.11, 12.12, Payday Sales).




• Courier Handover: Manage local courier pickups and handovers (J&T, Flash Express, SPX, Lex PH, 2GO) and resolve delivery exceptions or delays.

2. Inventory Accuracy & Shrinkage Control

• Cycle Counts & Audits: Establish and lead regular cycle counts and full physical inventory audits (weekly/monthly/quarterly) to achieve ≥99.5% inventory accuracy.




• Loss Prevention: Implement strict security measures to prevent stock damage, shrinkage, loss, or pilferage, particularly for high-value tech/3C electronic items.




• Layout & Bin Mapping: Manage stock layout (location/bin mapping) and fast-moving SKU placement to optimize picking speed.

3. Systems, SOPs & Process Optimization

• Systems Management: Utilize and manage WMS/ERP software for real-time inventory tracking, order processing, and barcoding workflows.




• Standard Operating Procedures: Draft, standardize, and enforce local operational SOPs to maintain consistency across shifts.




• Process Improvement: Identify operational bottlenecks and implement lean warehouse management practices (5S method).

4. Team Leadership & Local Labor Management

• Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate local warehouse supervisors, permanent staff, and agency/contractual workers.




• Capacity Planning: Manage manpower planning and shifting schedules, especially for surge capacity during double-digit mega sales campaigns.




• Compliance & Safety: Enforce workplace safety rules, 5S standards, and Philippine Labor Code standards to maintain a zero-incident, fair, and respectful work environment.

5. Cost Control & Performance Metrics (KPIs)

• Cost Optimization: Monitor and optimize operational expenses, including packaging material costs, overtime pay, and utility expenses.




• KPI Tracking: Track and present weekly/monthly KPI performance (e.g., Cost per Order, Pick-Pack Accuracy, Fulfillment Time, Worker Efficiency Rate).

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.




• Experience: At least 3–5 years of hands-on warehouse management experience, with at least 2–3 years in E-commerce fulfillment (3PL, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop environment).




• Facility & Team Size: Proven experience managing a warehouse size of 1,000–3,000+ sqm and a team of 15–30+ headcounts.




• Technical Skills: Proficient in using WMS/ERP platforms (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, WMS software) and advanced MS Excel.




• Courier Knowledge: Deep understanding of Philippine courier networks (J&T, SPX, Flash, 2GO, etc.) and SLA Leadership & People Management: Strong leadership skills with experience managing local Filipino operational teams and agency/manpower staff.




• Language Requirements: Fluent in English and Tagalog (written and spoken) for cross-departmental communication and local team management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in managing high-value electronics, 3C gadgets, or accessories.




• Background in setting up new warehouse facilities or relocating warehouse sites in Metro Manila / Greater Manila Area.




• Familiarity with safety certifications (DOLE-OSHC compliance, Fire Safety Standards).
