Job summary

My Uniware Collections Inc. seeks a Warehouse & Inventory Officer to oversee daily warehouse and inventory operations for our growing e-commerce business across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Facebook, Shopify, and wholesale channels.

You will ensure inventory accuracy, streamline stock handling, and coordinate with Purchasing and Fulfillment teams to maintain optimal stock levels. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in warehouse supervision, inventory control, and team leadership within fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years in warehouse operations, inventory control, or supply chain; 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience managing warehouse operations in e-commerce, retail, or distribution environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations: receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, stock transfers.
• Lead warehouse personnel to ensure productivity, accuracy, and policy compliance.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and maintain stock records across sales channels.
