Job summary

Primer Group is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. You will manage inbound/outbound processes, ensure inventory accuracy, and drive team productivity while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will lead warehouse associates, coordinate with logistics and customer service teams, and focus on efficient fulfillment across offline and e-commerce channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Proficient in MS Excel and WMS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities: receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Allocate manpower based on operational requirements and enforce SOPs.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct cycle counts.
• Track KPIs and prepare stock movement, fulfillment, and operational reports.
• Lead, coach, and train warehouse staff; ensure safety standards.

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on and results-driven Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations across both offline and e-commerce channels.

This role is responsible for ensuring smooth inbound and outbound processes, maintaining inventory accuracy, and driving team productivity while upholding safety and operational standards.

You will lead warehouse associates, manage workflows, and coordinate closely with logistics and customer service teams to ensure efficient fulfillment and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Warehouse Operations
   • Supervise daily warehouse activities: receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
   • Allocate manpower based on operational requirements
   • Ensure compliance with SOPs and operational standards
   • Oversee both inbound and outbound processes across channels
2. Inventory Management
   • Monitor stock levels and ensure inventory accuracy
   • Conduct cycle counts and assist in resolving discrepancies
   • Ensure proper stock rotation and warehouse space utilization
3. Performance & Reporting
   • Track team productivity and KPIs
   • Prepare reports on stock movement, fulfillment, and operational issues
   • Identify process improvements to drive efficiency and cost savings
4. Team Leadership
   • Lead, coach, and monitor warehouse associates
   • Support hiring, onboarding, and training initiatives
   • Provide regular performance feedback
5. Compliance & Safety
   • Enforce safety standards and warehouse protocols
   • Conduct regular checks to ensure safe operations
   • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
6. Logistics Coordination
   • Coordinate with suppliers and transport partners
   • Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders
   • Manage returns and exchanges for e-commerce orders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field (preferred)
• At least 2 years experience in warehouse or logistics operations
• With supervisory or team leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes and inventory control
• Experience in e-commerce / fulfillment operations is a plus
• Proficient in MS Excel and warehouse systems (WMS)
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
