Job summary

Triplex Enterprises Inc. is seeking an Inventory Controller to monitor and maintain inventory levels, generate monthly reports, and record inflows and outflows. The role coordinates with logistics for POs, stock transfers, deliveries, tagging, and processing.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering, at least 3 years of related experience, and strong MS Office skills. Ability to work long hours and stand for extended periods is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update inventory records regularly.
• Post warehouse transactions daily and keep records updated.
• Ensure orderly stocking and staging of materials.
• Reconcil e stock balances and adjust when needed.
• Raise stock issues to management and place product orders when necessary.
• Investigate discrepancies between stock and records.
• Track accuracy, purchases, returns, and defects for QC decisions.
• Conduct regular warehouse audits to keep materials undamaged and neat.
• Inspect incoming material delivery quality and quantity.
• Coordinate with logistics for PO, stock transfers, deliveries, tagging, and processing.

About the role

An inventory controller monitors and maintains current inventory level, creates monthly inventory reports accurately, records the in and out of the items, and label inventory items that will be used. They also coordinate with the logistic team for purchase orders, stock transfers, deliveries, tagging, and processing.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update regularly the inventory records
• Update posting of all warehouse inventory items and their corresponding transaction and recording on a daily basis
• Maintain orderly stocking and staging of all warehouse materials
• Reconcile actual stock balance against the stock report and initiate required adjustment
• Report any stock issues to management and place product orders as necessary
• Troubleshoot quantity discrepancies between stock and records
• Track rates of accuracy, purchase, and return as well as defective items to inform quality control decisions
• Perform regular material warehouse audits to ensure that material is undamaged and maintained neatly throughout the warehouse
• Ascertain the quality and quantity of all incoming material delivery upon inspection
• Coordinate with the logistic team for purchase orders, stock transfers, deliveries, tagging, and processing

About you
