Job description

Responsibilities

• Implements, encodes, records, controls, and monitors related activities for inbound and outbound transactions
• Ensures policies, procedures, and complete documentation of all stock movements are properly implemented
• Ensures no documents–no stock movements
• Ensures 100% compliance of FIFO or FEFO as per client requirement based on their system
• Ensures that all nonconforming products (damaged/expired) are reported, labeled, and segregated
• Coordinates and follows up disposition to the concerned function and prepares Exception Report to client for deviation
• Prepares and updates ABC classification of stocks as basis for Daily IRA
• Initiates daily cycle count and reconciles with client
• Analyzes and explains variances immediately and sends on-time report to Depot Manager regularly
• Participates in the quarterly physical inventory and reconciles with client
• Prepares, reviews, ensures accuracy, maintains, and sends the following daily reports to client:

• Daily Issuance and Receipt Monitoring Report
• Receiving and Deviation Monitoring Report
• Insufficient Stocks Report
• Key Performance Indicators
• Product Ageing (weekly or as per client’s requirement)

• Assists the company on processes and warehouse personnel performance analysis and recommends improvements for attainment of objectives
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned by superior from time to time

Qualifications

• College graduate of any course with equivalent 1 year work experience
• Knowledge and experience in SAP application is an advantage
