BO's Coffee is seeking an Warehouse Inventory Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse and inventory operations, ensuring accurate stock management and efficient receiving and dispatching of items.
The role involves supervising staff, maintaining FIFO/FEFO standards, and coordinating with Procurement, Logistics, Commissary, and Store Operations to prevent shortages and optimize processes.
The Warehouse Inventory Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse and inventory operations to ensure accurate stock management, efficient receiving and dispatching of items, and compliance with company standards.
Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock counts and reconciliation.
Ensure proper receiving, storage, issuance, and transfer of stocks and supplies.
Investigate inventory variances and implement corrective actions.
Conduct cycle counts and participate in periodic physical inventory activities.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment requests to avoid shortages or overstocking.
Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, dispatching, storage, and housekeeping.
Ensure proper organization and storage of products following FIFO/FEFO standards.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of the warehouse at all times.
Ensure all warehouse activities comply with company policies and operational procedures.
Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to ensure productivity and efficiency.
Assign tasks and monitor daily performance of warehouse personnel.
Promote teamwork, discipline, and compliance with operational standards.
Prepare inventory and warehouse performance reports.
Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, Commissary, and Store Operations regarding stock movement and delivery schedules.
Monitor and report slow-moving, damaged, or expired items.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and inventory control procedures.
Recommend process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and inventory accuracy.
Support audits and ensure proper documentation of warehouse transactions.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
At least 2-3 years of experience in warehouse and inventory operations, preferably in the food & beverage or retail industry.
Experience in supervising warehouse personnel is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of inventory systems, warehouse processes, and stock control procedures.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple operational concerns.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Knowledge of warehouse safety and compliance standards.
