The role emphasizes meticulous counting, reporting, and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a four-year degree or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of warehousing/inventory experience in manufacturing or food industry.
• Proficient in inventory management, data entry, SAP and Excel; strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and proper receipt, storage, issuance, and monitoring of stocks and materials.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies; prepare inventory reports.
• Ensure items are labeled, organized, and stored following company policies and warehouse safety procedures.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, and other departments for timely movement of materials.
• Replenish spare parts and supplies; send stocks to other plants via coil transfer or courier.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of any four-year course

• With at least 2 years of experience in warehousing and warehouse inventory, preferably in a manufacturing or Food industry

• Skills: Inventory management, stock counting, data entry, inventory reconciliation, warehouse organization, receiving & issuing, Microsoft excel, documentation, attention to detail, problem-solving, communication, and time management and knowledgeable in SAP

JOB SUMMARY:

• Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring the proper receipt, storage, issuance, and monitoring of stocks and materials.

• Conducts regular physical inventory counts, reconciles discrepancies between actual and recorded quantities, and prepares inventory reports.

• Ensures items are properly labeled, organized, and stored while following company policies and warehouse safety procedures.

• Coordinates with Purchasing, Production, and other departments to ensure timely and accurate movement of materials.

• Replenishment of spare parts and Supplies, Sending stocks to Other plant via Coil Transfer or Courier.
