Arvin International Marketing Inc. seeks a reliable Warehouse Clerk to support daily warehouse administration and documentation. You will record deliveries, maintain inventory, and prepare daily reports, ensuring accurate data entry in our systems.
The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of warehouse experience, with strong Excel and SAP/WMS skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team.
We are looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk to support the day-to-day administrative and documentation requirements of our warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately recording incoming and outgoing deliveries, maintaining inventory and transaction records, preparing daily warehouse reports, and ensuring timely encoding of transactions in our warehouse management and accounting systems.
Monitor and document all incoming and outgoing deliveries, ensuring that all transactions are properly recorded and supported by complete documentation.
Prepare, update, and submit required warehouse reports to the Warehouse Supervisor and Head Office, including:
Outgoing Delivery Checklist
Incoming Delivery Checklist
Daily Delivery Summary Report
Warehouse Receiving Report
Daily Cash Expense Report
Cash Count Report
Loading Sheet
OSDF / ROF
Excel Inventory Report
Encode and post warehouse transactions accurately and on time using the Warehouse Management System, SAP, and Microsoft Excel.
Maintain organized and updated records of inventory movements, deliveries, receiving documents, and other warehouse transactions.
Assist in monitoring inventory records and reconciling physical movements with system and Excel records.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of warehouse documentation and promptly report discrepancies or missing documents to the immediate supervisor.
Coordinate with warehouse personnel, drivers, delivery teams, and other departments regarding delivery and documentation requirements.
Perform general administrative and clerical duties to support efficient warehouse operations.
Perform other related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, Computer-related courses, or a related field.
At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Warehouse Clerk, Warehouse Encoder, Inventory Clerk, Logistics Clerk, or similar role.
Preferably with experience in warehouse, logistics, distribution, or FMCG operations.
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and basic computer operations.
Experience using SAP or a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, documentation, and report preparation.
Good communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
Able to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Willing to work extended hours when necessary, including overtime.
Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays as required by operations.
