Job summary

About the role

As the Warehouse In-Charge at RAM Food Products Inc.', you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and smooth running of our warehouse operations in Tacloban City, Leyte. Reporting directly to the Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of warehouse staff and overseeing all aspects of inventory management, order fulfillment, and warehouse safety. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for an experienced logistics professional to contribute to the growth and success of our dynamic organization.

What you'll be doing

• Maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring stock levels are optimized to meet customer demand

• Implementing and enforcing warehouse policies, procedures, and safety protocols to ensure a safe and productive work environment

• Coordinating with the transportation team to ensure timely delivery of products to customers

• Generating and analyzing reports on warehouse performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures

• Collaborating with other departments, such as procurement and sales, to align warehouse operations with the overall business strategy
