Job summary

Par Excellence Search Consulting Inc. seeks an experienced Site Logistics Assistant Manager to lead warehouse operations for raw materials, packaging, and spare parts.

You will drive material flow, ensure accuracy, and uphold safety and compliance at a large, integrated facility in Cebu—onsite daily. You will supervise warehouse teams, optimize processes, and collaborate with engineering and service providers to maintain cold and dry storage areas, equipment, and inventory controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in warehouse management operations (inbound/outbound, inventory).
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and SAP or similar systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, lead, and control warehouse operations for materials and spare parts.
• Direct daily warehouse activities to ensure efficient material flow and continuity.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Utilities & Facilities, and service providers to maintain storage areas and equipment.
• Monitor stock aging and disposition of aging or near-expiry inventory.
• Ensure compliance with receiving, handling, storage, and inventory control procedures.
• Drive adherence to warehouse safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and service levels.
• Lead and develop warehouse personnel to achieve targets and maintain a high-performance culture.

We are seeking an experienced Site Logistics Assistant Manager to lead and oversee warehouse operations for raw materials, packaging materials, and spare parts. This role will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant warehousing operations while maintaining smooth material flow, inventory accuracy, and timely stock disposition.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, organize, lead, and control warehouse operations for raw materials, packaging materials, and spare parts.

Direct daily warehouse activities to ensure efficient material flow and operational continuity.

Coordinate with Engineering, Utilities & Facilities, and service providers to maintain warehouse cold and dry storage areas, material handling equipment, and related facilities.

Monitor stock aging and identify aging or near-expiry inventory for timely and appropriate disposition.

Ensure compliance with established receiving, handling, storage, and inventory control procedures.

Drive adherence to warehouse safety, quality, and operational standards.

Monitor warehouse performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and service levels.

Lead and develop warehouse personnel to achieve operational targets and maintain a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.

At least 5 years of supervisory experience in warehouse management operations, covering inbound/outbound operations and inventory management.

Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), inventory control processes, and SAP or other warehouse/logistics management systems.

Strong leadership, integrity, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced operational environment.

Must be residing in or have close family/relatives in Danao City, Cebu or nearby municipalities.
