New Tianle Asia Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee FMCG warehouse operations onsite in San Simon, Pampanga. You will ensure accurate inventory, timely receiving and dispatch, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
You will lead a large team, implement SOPs, and work with procurement, logistics, and sales to drive efficiency and cost control while monitoring KPIs such as order accuracy and on‑time deliveries.
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all warehouse operations to ensure the efficient receipt, storage, handling, and dispatch of FMCG products. This role involves maintaining accurate inventory, meeting performance KPIs, ensuring safety and quality standards, leading a team, and working closely with procurement, logistics, sales, and other cross‑functional departments.
Supervise day‑to‑day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
Ensure that products are stored under appropriate conditions to preserve product quality.
Implement, maintain, and continuously improve warehouse Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Use warehouse management systems (WMS) and/or ERP tools to track inventory, monitor movements, perform periodic counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Monitor and report KPIs such as order accuracy, order fulfilment lead time, on‑time deliveries, stock loss/damage, warehouse utilization, labor productivity.
Manage the layout and warehouse infrastructure to optimize workflow and reduce waste.
Lead, coach, train, and appraise warehouse employees; assign tasks; maintain discipline; manage attendance, overtime, performance.
Ensure compliance to promote safe working practices and a clean, orderly warehouse environment.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth flow of goods in and out.
Manage and monitor warehouse budget and costs.
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting (invoices, delivery receipts, inventory reports, incident reports etc).
Strong leadership & people management skills; able to motivate, develop, and manage large teams.
Excellent organizational, planning, and decision‑making skills; ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
Analytical mindset; ability to interpret data and make improvements.
Technical proficiency: familiarity with ERP systems, MS Office
Bachelor’s degree
Proven work experience (3+ years) in warehouse operations, preferably in FMCG environment. Leadership / supervisory experience is required.
Knowledge of relevant regulations applicable to warehouse operations.
Work is onsite in Global Aseana Business Park in San Simon, Pampanga.
Mondays to Saturdays. 8am to 5pm. Open to rendering OT, and sunday and holiday work (only when needed)
