Quanta Paper Marketing Inc. is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day warehouse activities, inventory controls, and FEFO/FIFO practices. The role includes leading a team, improving processes, and ensuring safety compliance.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in FMCG warehousing, hands-on WMS/SAP experience, and a track record of reducing costs while improving KPIs. Willing to work across Pampanga and Mandaluyong locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Warehouse, Logistics, or Supply Chain roles.
• Minimum 5 years in an assistant manager or managerial position.
• Strong background in FMCG warehousing operations, including high-volume environments.
• Hands-on experience with WMS/ERP systems (SAP).
• Experience with 3PLs and trucking partners.
• Proven track record in improving warehouse processes and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods.
• Plan and coordinate delivery schedules to meet customer and internal requirements.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement and production teams.
• Lead, supervise, and train warehouse staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.

Job description

Warehouse Operations

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods.
• Ensure accurate inventory levels through regular cycle counts and full physical inventory.
• Implement and maintain First-Expiry-First-Out (FEFO) / First-In-First-Out (FIFO) principles.
• Develop and enforce warehouse SOPs to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Maintain proper warehouse layout, racking, and space utilization.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper handling of FMCG products.

Logistics & Distribution

• Plan and coordinate delivery schedules to meet customer and internal requirements.
• Manage transportation partners and ensure cost-efficient delivery routes.
• Monitor inbound and outbound logistics performance (OTIF – On Time In Full).
• Resolve delivery issues such as delays, damages, or discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for transport and handling of goods.

Inventory Management

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement and production teams.
• Investigate inventory variances and implement corrective actions.
• Optimize stock rotation to avoid expiries and losses.

People Management

• Lead, supervise, and train warehouse and logistics staff.
• Conduct performance reviews and implement improvement plans.
• Ensure workload planning based on demand and manpower availability.

Cost Control & Process Improvement

• Monitor and control warehousing and logistics costs.
• Implement lean processes and continuous improvements to reduce waste.
• Ensure accuracy of logistics documentation, delivery receipts, and shipping papers.
• Analyze KPIs and prepare operational reports for management.

Health, Safety & Compliance

• Enforce safety protocols and ensure proper use of equipment (e.g., forklifts).
• Conduct safety audits and coordinate preventive maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, government standards, and FMCG industry requirements.

Required Experience (FMCG Environment)

• At least5 years of experiencein Warehouse, Logistics, or Supply Chain roles.
• Minimum5 years in an assistant manager or managerial position.
• Strong background inFMCG warehousing operations, including high-volume and fast-paced environments.
• Hands-on experience withWMS, ERP systems(SAP).
• Experience dealing withthird-party logistics (3PLs)and trucking partners.
• Proven track record inimproving warehouse processes, optimizing costs, and achieving KPIs.
• Familiarity withregulatory requirements, safety standards, and proper product handling.

Willing to be assigned in Pampanga and Mandaluyong alternately.
