Job summary

Century Pacific Food, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse activities, supervise staff, and ensure efficient receipt, storage, and delivery of goods at LIIP Mamplasan, Biñan, Laguna.

The role requires 4–5 years in a related field, a degree in Industrial Engineering or Accountancy (or equivalent), and willingness to work a 6-day schedule including 12-hour shifts with fixed allowances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering or Accountancy (or equivalent).
• 4–5 years of related work experience.
• Willing to work a 6-day week with 12-hour and shifting schedules (with fixed allowance).
• Knowledge in inventory and warehouse management.
• Willing to be assigned at LIIP Mamplasan, Biñan, Laguna.

Responsibilities

• Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities.
• Managing, evaluating, and reporting on warehouse productivity.
• Tracking and coordinating receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
• Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing necessary documentation.
• Performing daily inspection of warehouse grounds.
• Coordinating and maintaining fleets and equipment.
• Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers.
