Job summary

RAM Food Products Inc. is seeking a Warehouse In-Charge to lead a warehouse team in Tacloban City, Leyte.

The role focuses on inventory management, order fulfilment, and safety, reporting to the Logistics Manager and coordinating with transportation to ensure timely deliveries. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of warehouse experience in food manufacturing or logistics, strong organizational and leadership skills, and proficiency with inventory systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 years of experience in a warehouse inventory, preferably within the food manufacturing or logistics industry.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and warehouse operations software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Thorough understanding of warehouse safety regulations and best practices.
• Familiarity with order fulfilment processes and supply chain management.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring stock levels are optimized to meet customer demand.
• Implementing and enforcing warehouse policies, procedures, and safety protocols to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
• Coordinating with the transportation team to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
• Generating and analyzing reports on warehouse performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.
• Collaborating with other departments, such as procurement and sales, to align warehouse operations with the overall business strategy.

As the Warehouse In-Charge at RAM Food Products Inc.', you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and smooth running of our warehouse operations in Tacloban City, Leyte.
