Job summary

GO-GENIE is seeking a Logistics Solutions Specialist in the Philippines to translate warehouse setup consultations into a value-added service that supports the GO-GENIE platform.

You will assess customer operations on site, design practical improvement plans, and guide onboarding from start to finish; you will also act as the logistics expert behind Redstar's sales discussions with partners and customers.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in warehouse operations or contract logistics in the Philippines.
• Led setup or major restructuring of at least one warehouse.
• Implemented or worked daily with a WMS and can explain digital changes.
• Managed projects with external stakeholders (customers, vendors, partners).
• Comfortable presenting to business owners and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse and logistics solution consultation on site (core).
• Assess customer warehouse operations on site: current state, gaps, and readiness to digitised
• Design practical improvement and setup plans: process flows, zoning and slotting, inbound/outbound flows, manpower structure, and WMS readiness
• Guide customers through the operational changes needed before and during platform onboarding
• Deliver this as a GO-GENIE value-added service that supports the platform sale and the customer's success on it.
• Own the delivery of customer onboarding and implementation projects in the Philippines from the GO-GENIE side
• Manage customer expectations through the project: what happens when, what the customer must do, what GO-GENIE and Redstar will do
• Coordinate between the customer, Redstar, and GO-GENIE HQ (Control Tower, onboarding, engineering) so projects land on time and clean
• Surface project risks early to Markus and Redstar, not after the customer complains.
• Act as the logistics and operations expert behind Redstar's selling conversations: joining customer meetings when operational credibility is needed
• Provide logistics advice that helps Redstar qualify, scope, and shape opportunities correctly
• Feed market and customer insight back to HQ: what PH customers need, where the product fits, where it does not
