Job summary

GO-GENIE is expanding its smart logistics network and seeks a Partner Warehouse Operations Lead to own SLA performance, oversee warehouse redesigns, and guide transitions for onboarding and relocation projects. You will drive data-driven reviews and ensure operational readiness across the partner ecosystem.

The role also involves sourcing potential partners in Singapore and regional markets, assessing fit with our platform and supporting due diligence and commercial discussions.

Qualifications

• 4 to 8 years in warehouse or 3PL operations.
• Experience setting up warehouse operations from the ground up.
• Strong, hands-on experience in warehouse migration and transition projects.
• Has worked with a WMS in daily operations and understands data drift between floor and system.

Responsibilities

• Own the SLA performance of every warehouse and fulfilment partner in the GO-GENIE ecosystem, starting with IPS.
• Lead warehouse transitions and redesigns for underperforming sites and new setups.
• Identify and assess potential new warehouse and fulfilment partners in Singapore and regional markets.
