Job summary

GO-GENIE seeks an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to turn setup consultations into a value-added service for digitisation readiness. You will design operational restructures, prepare for WMS, and steer end-to-end onboarding and projects in the Philippines, coordinating with Redstar and HQ to ensure timely deliveries.

You’ll join senior stakeholders in shaping logistics advisory, guiding opportunities, and delivering a seamless platform transition for customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in warehouse operations, contract logistics, or supply chain in PH
• Has set up or restructured at least one warehouse operation
• Has implemented or worked daily with a WMS

Responsibilities

• Assess customer warehouse operations on site and readiness to digitise
• Design improvement plans: processes, zoning, inbound/outbound flows, manpower, WMS readiness
• Guide customers through operational changes before and during onboarding
• Own delivery of onboarding and implementation projects in the Philippines from GO-GENIE side
• Coordinate between customer, Redstar and GO-GENIE HQ to land projects on time
• Provide logistics advisory to support reselling conversations and qualify opportunities
