Qualifications

• Preferably Bachelor / College Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Management or equivalent.
• 2 years experience in retail/supply chain/customer service/logistics operations
• Proficient knowledge of customer service, and standard office practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and analyze the logistical function.
• Compute reporting metrics such as on-time delivery and order fulfillment rates.
• Drive successful and efficient planning of delivery levels.
• Devise strategies to create cost-effective and profitable functions, optimize service levels and maintain logistics efficiency.
• Coordinate delivery schedules.
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure timely responses to queries.
• Drive continuous improvement across delivery processesCoordinate and analyze the logistical function/supply chain.
