Job summary

2GO Group is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator in the Philippines to oversee day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, pick and pack, and dispatch. You will assist the supervisor, monitor operations hourly, and guide contractual staff while ensuring safety and cleanliness per GWP standards.

Responsibilities include planning, reporting, and maintaining equipment, with an emphasis on timely deliveries and accurate stock conditions.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a 4-year business course.
• At least 1 year work-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Assists Warehouse Supervisor in monitoring daily warehouse operations, particularly in receiving, pick and pack, and dispatching.
• Receiving
• Delivery Schedule Matrix per principal
• Ensures all stocks are received in good conditions and complete based on reference documents.
• Pick Planning
• Monitoring pick and pack activity based on order priority matrix
• Dispatching
• Ensure that all priority deliveries are to be dispatched in a timely manner per area and availability of resources.
• Reports to Warehouse Supervisor the status of daily operations on an hourly basis.
• Assists in delegating/assigning daily task to contractual personnel
• Assists in ensuring that material handling equipment are in good condition.
• Guides and trains new contractual personnel in their assigned task.
• Ensures the orderliness and cleanliness of working area in accordance with GWP standards.
• Submit periodic reports such as:
• Space Utilization
• Pending Cargo Report
• Daily Dashboard Report
• Inbound Receiving Report
• Daily Pallet Counts
• Daily Walk Through Report (Turn Over)
• Daily Productivity Report
• Daily Velcro Pallet Strap Inventory
