Job summary

Cainiao Group seeks an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee daily activities, ensuring timely and accurate order processing. You will manage staffing and resources, enforce SOPs, and drive process improvements while maintaining safety standards at the Philippines facility.

The role requires 3–5 years in e-commerce or 3PL warehousing with 1–2 years in leadership, strong English communication, and proficiency with WMS/ERP systems and Excel.

Qualifications

• Education: College degree or above in Logistics Management or related field.
• Language: Fluent in English; basic Chinese preferred.
• Technical: Proficient in WMS/ERP systems and Excel; knowledge of inbound/outbound logic.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including inbound/outbound processing, sorting, packing, and inventory counting.
• Monitor SOP implementation and identify operational gaps; propose improvements to reduce errors and damage.
• Lead frontline operators and team leaders; conduct performance assessments and training.
• Lead periodic inventory counts; enforce 5S and safety standards; conduct hazard inspections.
• Respond to on-site emergencies and coordinate with headquarters, carriers, and local departments.
